Experienced Business Analyst to support a group-wide project which aims to improve client relations and increase efficiencies through streamlining of the customer onboarding and maintenance processes across the group. As Business Analyst you are integrated in a running project and responsible to provide best-practice analytical, conceptual and project management support for design and implementation of a BPM application for the customer on-boarding and maintenance process.

Your responsibilities
Analyse and develop business and system requirements with internal and external stakeholders taking legal, data protection and regulatory requirements into consideration
Support the development of the overall project from initiation through migration
Support the smooth transition from project to business as usual
Prepare presentations and decision requests at management level

Our requirements
University degree and/or a comparable training
5+ years of related business experience with a track record of accomplishment in large, complex projects and change initiatives
Proven track record and success in designing and implementing multi-entity and multi-location service organization ideally administrative functions like customer on-boarding and maintenance
Proven ability to analyse and document business requirements to support the development of process and technology solutions
Sound knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and teach new methodologies and tools
Ability to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of reliability/flexibility
Proficiency in written and spoken English and German; French language skills would be an advantage
